Welcome to the NEA Baptist Weight Loss Surgery Training Session.

This training session provides an overview of the obesity epidemic, potential benefits and risks of weight loss surgery, instructions for surgery success and an overview of procedural options.

This training session should be utilized when considering weight loss surgery or considering becoming eligible for weight loss surgery. The NEA Baptist Weight Loss Surgery Training Session was designed to educate patients, their families and their friends about weight loss surgery.

Training Conclusion – Agreement

I have completed each session and understand the material to the best of my ability. Reviewing the material does not necessarily qualify me for any weight loss surgery procedure but I am prepared to discuss it further with a qualified professional from NEA Baptist Clinic.
