NEA Baptist Promotes Heart Health with Heart Day Event

On Friday, February 22, 2019, NEA Baptist will be celebrating Heart Day at NEA to promote heart health. The free event will be held at 4802 E. Johnson in the NEA Baptist Clinic lobby from 10 am to 1 pm.

Heart Day at NEA will provide fun, educational and health friendly activities for patients and guests. There will be a variety of free health screenings. Patients can check their cholesterol levels through a cardiovascular disease risk screening. Other services such as blood pressure, BMI testing, and hands only CPR education will be offered. Heart healthy snacks will also be provided to visitors. The mission of this event is to provide the community with heart health education and awareness.

The event is completely free and open to anyone, regardless of where they receive healthcare. Reservations and appointments are not required.
