Stephanie started her nursing career in 1996 as an emergency room nurse. She has worked in various leadership roles within the organization including Emergency Services Coordinator, Staff Development Manager, and Administrative Director of Quality and has now taken the role of Associate Administrator. Her responsibilities in this role include Case Management, Hospitalist, Food and Nutrition, Medical Staff Credentialing, Auxiliary Volunteer Services and the Quality Department which consists of Risk Management, Infection Prevention, Palliative Care, and Performance Improvement. Stephanie received The Outstanding Nurse Educator Award from ARNA in 2006, is a member of Leadership Jonesboro Chamber of Commerce, is a partner with the ASU Women’s Business Leadership Group and served on the Steering Committee for the build of the new NEA Baptist Medical Campus.
