Administrative Director

Al Brodell, MS, PT, is a healthcare operations leader with more than two decades of experience across hospital, clinic, rehabilitation, and post-acute care settings. As Administrative Director at NEA Baptist Health System in Jonesboro, Arkansas, he provides operational oversight for a broad portfolio of hospital and clinic departments, partnering with physicians, leaders, and care teams to strengthen performance, improve access, and advance patient-centered care. His career has included leadership roles in clinical operations, rehabilitation services, graduate medical education, and long-term acute care hospital administration. A Jonesboro native, Al is deeply committed to serving the community he calls home and has been active on several nonprofit and community boards. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas. Al and his wife, Erika, have three children: Haliegh, Caroline, and Luke.
